Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Quick Hits platform and website located at ai-quick-hits.com (the "Service"), operated by Stackd Reviews LLC, a limited liability company doing business as AI Quick Hits ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Quick Hits provides a platform that delivers practical, AI-generated use case ideas and copy-paste prompts for professionals in risk management, internal audit, compliance, control testing, and related fields.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Free Idea

Upon creating an account, you receive one (1) complimentary idea at no charge. This free idea may only be redeemed once per account.

3.2 Paid Credits

Additional ideas require the purchase of credits. Credits are available in the following packs:

2 credits for $2.00 USD
5 credits for $3.00 USD
15 credits for $10.00 USD

Each idea generated after the free idea costs one (1) credit. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Apple Pay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3.4 No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed upon idea generation and cannot be returned. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@ai-quick-hits.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Idea Delivery and Expiration

Each idea generated and delivered to your account will be available for twenty-four (24) hours from the time of generation. After 24 hours, the idea will be automatically removed from your "My Ideas" view. It is your responsibility to save or export any idea content you wish to retain before expiration.

Ideas are randomly selected from our library and are designed to avoid repetition within your account. However, we do not guarantee that all ideas will be applicable to your specific role, organization, or industry.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including all idea content, prompts, descriptions, software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Stackd Reviews LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without express written permission.

5.2 Your Use of Prompts

Prompts delivered through the Service are licensed to you for personal and internal professional use only. You may copy and use prompts in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools for your own professional purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute prompts as a standalone product or service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download the idea library
Share account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent the free idea limit
Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The ideas and prompts provided through the Service are for informational and professional productivity purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the applicability of any idea to your specific situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKD REVIEWS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@ai-quick-hits.com. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Minnesota.
